D&D: Warriors of Waterdeep - Vorazidrar (Black Dragon)

This black dragon is a boss in the game by Ludia “Warriors of Waterdeep” https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ludia.dnd
His name is Vorazidrar, and he's worshipped by the lizard folk from the swamps he lives in.
I really liked adapting the concept a little bit on this one to achieve a "sickly" look, a bit like the dragons from Drakengard 1.

It’s around 7200 tris and uses two 1024 diffuse and normal maps, plus specular maps using the diffuse alpha channel (we didn't think adding a self-illumination map to the eyes was necessary, there are two lights in-game to achieve the glowing effect).
